Terms and Conditions for Online Payment – License Registration

These Terms and Conditions govern the online payment for Online gaming license registration services provided by Tamil Nadu Online Gaming Authority. By making an online payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Net Banking
• UPI

2. Payment Confirmation

• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with a transaction ID.
• Please retain the transaction details for future reference.

3. Fees and Charges

• The amount payable for license registration will be clearly displayed prior to payment.
• Additional charges, including but not limited to processing fees or taxes, may apply as per applicable law.

4. No Refund Policy

All fees paid through the online platform are final and non-refundable. By submitting payment, you confirm that you understand and agree that:

• The processing fee covers administrative and regulatory work that is non-reversible once initiated;
• The payment does not guarantee approval of the TNOGA license, which is subject to complete verification.

5. Confirmation and Receipt

• Upon successful payment, a digital receipt and payment confirmation will be generated and sent to the registered email or phone number.
• Retain the receipt for future reference and as proof of payment.
• If the payment is debited and final status is not generated due to any technical issue, the payee must email support@isky.in with full transaction proof and contact number to verify/update the payment status.
• Payee does not have the right to apply for chargeback in any scenario.

6. Chargeback Policy

Chargeback is not applicable under any circumstances. All payments made are final, as agreed upon in the terms of service.

7. Security

• We do not store your credit/debit card information.
• All financial transactions are encrypted and securely processed by our payment gateway partner.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any payment failure due to technical issues, user error, or bank/payment gateway faults;
• Delays in processing or issuance of the certificate beyond our control;
• Any losses arising from the use or misuse of this service.

9. Modifications to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of the online payment service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
